In this session, we we cover the real day to day reality of real estate, including what most people do not expect, the consistency required, how top producers structure their schedules, and the activities that actually create opportunities and conversations.

A major focus of these sessions is business preparation before day one and the first 6 months. Topics often include database building, relationship management, CRM organization, social media setup, branding, follow up systems, and practical ways to begin building momentum before your license officially arrives.

Corey also shares how he entered real estate and took a $550,000 listing during his first week in the business, along with lessons about urgency, preparation, and creating opportunities early.
